5 Day Bavaria Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Munich
Day 2: Tour the city- visit the park and a beer garden
Day 3: Continue exploring the city
Day 4: Day trip to Garmisch-Partenkirchen to see the highest mountain in Germany and walk around the highest Lake, Eibsee.
Day 5: Depart

7 Day Itinerary Combined Bavaria & Rheingau

Day 1: Arrive in Frankfurt

Day 2: Explore Wiesbaden

Day 3: Day trip to Heidelberg to visit the castle

Day 4: Day trip to Rüdesheim for Rüdesheimer coffee

Day 5: Arrive in Munich and tour the city

*Please note that this would be a very fast paced schedule and lots of traveling each day.  This may be better for backpackers where you stay in each location instead of doing day trips.

  • Visit a vineyard in the Rhein River Valley

  • Try a local beer house or beer garden in Munich

  • Stop by a local farmers market for lunch

  • Pick a cute town, find out what they are known for and explore

  • Do a walking tour of the city on your own or with a guide

  • Walk around the highest lake in Germany, Lake Eibsee

  • Try a bike tour (or even better, and biking wine tour!)
